Our Story

At El Canton De La Patrona, we are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences that delight the senses. Joan Raigosa takes immense pride in utilizing only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to create each dish. With nothing but a dream he came by himself 20 years ago looking for a dream to make a name for himself in the United States. He found his passion first in Mexico City in his mothers restaurant. He brought that same passion into the kitchen of his first job as a line cook. As time went by while gaining experience and crafting his take on Mexican cuisine, he found his calling. His newly found restaurant El Canton De La Patrona is where chef Raigosa brings his creativity to the table of his customers one dish at a time.
